Nominations are currently open for the 2021 NSW Maritime Medal, which recognises the outstanding and sustained contributions that individuals or organisations have made to the maritime community in NSW.
Do you know an unsung hero in the boating community?
The award provides an opportunity to highlight the importance of safe and responsible boating practices and encourage a culture of safe boating in communities across NSW.
Eligible nominees can be either a person or group and should be able to demonstrate an outstanding and sustained effort or contribution to improve the safety or marine environment for the benefit of the maritime community in NSW.
The nomination period for the biennial award has been extended, now closing at 5pm on Friday 11 June. Submit your nomination today.
