Sail Sydney is Australia’s premier regatta for ‘Off the Beach’ dinghy classes.
Held annually on the waters of Sydney Harbour, this year’s Sail Sydney will take place from Thursday 9 to Sunday 12 December 2021.
Woollahra Sailing Club is proud to once again be the host club and official organisers of the event. The regatta began its life as a test event for the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games, and in recent years has grown to become the annual dinghy event with the largest number of participants in the Southern hemisphere.
With the New South Wales now open Sail Sydney is going ahead, and entry is now open. There are a few special features for this year’s event including:
- The 49er and 49er FX NSW State Championships
- Both Olympic and Youth Classes will race over the four days
- The Junior and Invited Classes will be racing on Saturday 11 through to Sunday 12 December
- Due to the COVID disruption we are dropping the late entry fee
