The Gobius Pro measures the level of fluid in virtually any kind of tank, all from the outside. Using Bluetooth communication via personal Android or IOS smartphone, a yacht owner can be instantly aware of tank levels.
No longer do you have to ‘knock and listen’, a Gobius sensor exerts force onto a tank wall and causes it to vibrate. An accelerometer is part of the sensor and it measures the vibrations. It can be mounted on the outside of metal or plastic tanks, for all kinds of fluids: fresh water, fuel, oil, grey/black water and waste water.
No more mounting on the inside of the tank and no more drilling of holes. The sensor has built-in Bluetooth communication for Android and IOS smartphones. Via the Gobius app the yacht owner can monitor the tank and even receive remote support when needed. It also supports the customer while doing the initial settings of the sensor.
The Gobius Pro sensor uses resonant frequency. Think about a wine glass and the different tones it can cause when filled with different volumes of water. Up to nine sensors can be integrated in the technology and each sensor has two digital outputs for integration.
