The FAREAST 28R has been picked by the World Match Racing Tour to be used during the last event for the 2015 World Match Racing Tour season, – the Monsoon Cup in Johor, Malaysia.
“This is another great recognition for the FAREAST 28R,” says Mats Runström, Fareast Int. Sales and Marketing. “We know that the FAREAST 28R is a perfect boat for fleet racing, but now also for match racing. The spacious cockpit, the well placed deck hardware, the ease of handling, all fitted onboard this pocket rocket,” continues Mr. Runström.
“The choice of the FAREAST 28R for the Monsoon Cup is the first time the boat has been used on the World Match Racing Tour,” commented Tour Director James Pleasance. ‘The six boats which will be used during the Monsoon Cup will be brand new from the Fareast factory and so they will be identical in performance which is important for match racing at this level.”
