Daniel Edwards' White Noise wins the Rudder Cup.

2015 marks the 108th anniversary of the coveted Rudder Cup which is awarded to handicap winner in the Premier Measurement Division of the Melbourne to Devonport ocean race. The Premier Measurement Division for 2015 is the Australian Measurement System (AMS).

After 195 nautical miles and around 36 hours of racing in light conditions, only 46 minutes separated first and second places on corrected time in the AMS Division.

The winner of the AMS Division and Rudder Cup in 2015 is WHITE NOISE (Daniel Edwards), the Beneteau First 35 from Sandringham Yacht Club with a corrected time of 1 day, 10 hours, 13 minutes and 11 seconds.

Second place in AMS Division was MERLION (Eddie Mackevicius), a Beneteau 40.7 from Hobsons Bay Yacht Club with a corrected time of 1 day, 10 hours, 59 minutes and 38 seconds.

Third place in AMS Division was BIDDY HU II (Paul Lindemann), a Beneteau 49 from Royal Yacht Club of Victoria, with a corrected time of 1 day, 11 hours, 14 minutes and 30 seconds.
