Gill has added the new Crosswind suit to its thermal line up for sailing in cold conditions and/or overnight races.
Using the latest laminate fabric technology, these salopettes provide a soft, low-bulk mid-layer combined with thermal insulation provided by a low loft lining to keep the sailor warm even if the garment gets soaked.
Featuring fully taped seams, the Crosswind can also be worn as an outer layer in less extreme conditions.
With a smooth lining, as opposed to fleece, the Crosswind is easy to get into in a hurry when the weather deteriorates. A stretch material in the shoulder panel, elasticated waist and abrasion resistant seat and knees add comfort and versatility.
