Queenscliff Maritime Museum swap meet offers bargains

Queenscliff Maritime Museum is holding their third annual maritime swap meet and collectables market at Wharf Street, Queenscliff, Victoria on Sunday December 6. Gates open at 9am and entry is $4 for adults with children free.

On sale will be pre-loved or hand-made maritime and nautical items of all sorts, including small wooden vessels, yacht fittings, masts, prints, memorabilia, boat bits, life jackets, buoys, oars, books, marine radios, model yachts, lifebuoys, marine motors, antique fishing fear, sails propellors, tide clocks, etc.

We are a family friendly Museum presenting a fascinating history of Southern Port Phillip, the treacherous “Rip” , wrecks and rescues and the brave Port Phillip Sea Pilots who to this day bring ships safely through the Rip and into Port. Try on a dive helmet, Play on a pirate ship or just enjoy the many displays. The Museum is open to the public 10.30am – 4.30pm weekdays and 1.30pm to 4.30pm weekends.
