MarineJobs.org.au closes the year with 600+ job postings

With more than 600 jobs posted, 70,000 visits to the site and 180,000 job views since launch in 2021, employers and job seekers alike continue to reap the benefits of the marine industry online careers platform, MarineJobs.org.au.

The Marina Industries Association, Boating Industry Association Ltd and Superyacht Australia joined forces to develop and deliver the website to make it easier for employers to advertise vacancies and for people to find the right job for them in the marine industry.

The Marine Jobs partners launched an advertising campaign earlier this year to showcase the appeal of working within the sector and the different types of jobs on offer; from boatbuilders to marine mechanics, to superyacht crew, dock staff and marina managers. View the Marine Jobs Careers Video on YouTube.

In November alone the campaign delivered 290,000 impressions on the ad and 36,000 views of the video. This reach translated into a significant uplift in job searches, database registrations and social followers.

Marine Jobs will be the place to find your next employee or a change in career in the new year with an increase in job seekers and employers wanting to set a new course for 2023.

Marine Jobs is powered by a specialist jobs board provider which delivers similar online recruitment solutions to over 3000 industry associations world-wide. The platform provides a range of career resources, including information on apprenticeships and industry training, writing a resume and preparing for an interview.
