Australia secured its long-awaited first season 4 win by bouncing back from a calamitous start to beat New Zealand and Rockwool Denmark in front of home crowds.
SailGP’s 5th visit to the iconic city of Sydney proved one to remember, with the return of high end conditions resulting in fast and furious racing and close calls. There was plenty of drama, with Germany almost capsizing and claiming its first race win, Canada suffering tech troubles and France just missing out on a place in the Final. And there were jubilant scenes when the Aussies finally put it all together to claim their first win of Season 4!
