LONDON – March 5, 2025 – The most exciting racing on water will return to the French Riviera, with SailGP confirming today the addition of Saint-Tropez to the 2025 Season Calendar. Unfolding September 12-13, 2025, the ROCKWOOL France Sail Grand Prix will be the first of two events in a multi-year hosting agreement between SailGP, local municipality Ville de Saint-Tropez and Société Nautique de Saint-Tropez.

The addition of Saint-Tropez finalizes the 2025 Season calendar of the Rolex SailGP Championship. The event replaces the Italian Sail Grand Prix following changes at the Taranto City Council late last year. Saint-Tropez will be the 10th stop of the season, setting the stage for a pivotal battleground in the race to the Grand Final in Abu Dhabi – with all 12 national teams out to maximize every point in the fight for the largest cash prize in the sport of sailing. The event will be the first time the France SailGP Team race in front of a home crowd in nearly two years, with driver Quentin Delappiere out to defend his top-speed record – 99.99 km/h, recorded in Saint-Tropez in Season 3.
