All women Team SCA to feature in TV documentary about Volvo campaign

In a brilliant piece of marketing the all-women team competing in the Volvo Round the World Race will be seen in a four episode documentary on the campaign.

The first episode will appear on 7Two, this Sunday (July 20) at 12:00pm.

Below is the promotional video for 'No ordinary women', the four episode television series portraying the team as they prepare to take on the Volvo Ocean Race starting in just 85 days.

Find out what drives these women to sail the first all-female Volvo Ocean Race entry in 12 years. Over 250 women from across the world applied to be part of the Team SCA squad. The final squad now comprises of 14 women from Great Britain, USA, Switzerland, Australia and The Netherlands, out of which a crew of 11 will be selected to sail the boat throughout the race plus one on-board-reporter.
