The SpliceRight kit is based on tweezer type tools that can enter the core of the rope to be spliced, allowing for fast and easy terminations. The kit is aimed at those who do their own handy work with the modern styles of rope.
SpliceRight Kit includes:
Lined nylon zipup bag
A refillable gas powered Hot Knife, able to cut rope and seal the end at the same time – Butane refills are readily available through hardware stores
Two sizes of tools (forceps) suitable for ropes from 3mm to 20mm
Sailmakers Palm
Spool of whipping twine
Assorted needles (3)
A utility knife
Roll of PVC tape
