ePropulsion, a global leader and market challenger in marine electric propulsion systems and services, announced today that it has selected a distribution partner.
ePropulsion Australia is the sole licensed representative for the company and its products in the Australian market in September.
This partnership was established to reinforce the company’s commitment to offering the best customer experience and the finest electric propulsion products in the region. ePropulsion Australia, based in Melbourne, handles all sales, service, support and any repairs or warranty claims for the Australian market.
“We have a proud heritage rooted in industry-leading research and development and backed by high-quality support and service to provide the best solutions for electric outboard propulsion around the world,” said Danny Tao, co-founder and CEO of ePropulsion.
“Interest in electric propulsion has taken off in Europe and the Americas, which has resulted in our sales growing 100 per cent globally; however, the Australian market has been underserved in the past.”
“Australia is poised for rapid adoption of electric propulsion,” said Chang Zhao, CMO and head of global marketing, sales and service for the company. “We are confident that ePropulsion Australia, our sole distributor in Australia, will provide the attention, care and intimate product knowledge this vital market deserves.”
“We are pleased to have been selected as ePropulsion’s only licensed Australian distributor,” said Simon Hallsworth, sales manager of the company in Australia. “We look forward to delivering and supporting their excitement and innovative product line throughout Australia.”
An innovator in electric outboard propulsion, ePropulsion’s latest range of products, launched earlier this year, include the Spirit 1.0 Evo, Navy 3.0 Evo and Navy 6.0 Evo models; an evolution of its established product lines that now include hydrogeneration capabilities. In addition, the comapny also created a 9.9HP Pod Drive model that has proven popular with sailboats and small watercraft.
