Bob Dunn of the SV Venom has created a new, free quiz that sailors can take from the security of their armchairs.
Along the same lines as Bob's earlier quizzes on subjects such as Marine Radio Operation (mostly VHF); Racing Rules of Sailing and Seamanship, the new quiz covers Safety at Sea. Bob says, “It is pretty hard, but hopefully might help people pass their time in isolation and come out of it better prepared for all the sailing they will be doing at the other end.”
To date more than 2000 people have taken the quizzes, which are online at https://venomsailing.com/?page_id=268.
