All eyes are on the reigning champions, but the competition is tougher than ever. Nia Suardiaz holds all four world titles, but she knows others are catching up—especially France’s Kylie Belloeuvre and Spain’s Mar de Arce. On the men’s side, Chris MacDonald is back where he started his 2024 title run, but the Austrian Acherer twins and France’s Axel Gerard are pushing hard. Francesco Cappuzzo is going for his third win in a row in FreeFly-Slalom, but the new generation of French riders is right behind him. With strong winds picking up, the action is heating up.
