NEEL Trimarans continues to take the cruising and racing world by storm with the NEEL 45 recently winning the Multihull division of the 2015 ARC (Atlantic Rally for Cruisers).
The NEEL 45, La Caravelle, completed the 2,700 nm race from Gran Canaria across the Atlantic to Saint Lucia six hours ahead of its nearest rival.
The trimaran is designed for performance cruising in comfort, with innovative design concepts and highest quality fittings and construction materials employed to ensure optimal strength, weight reduction and rigidity.
The NEEL 45 has enjoyed strong interest in the Asia Pacific region since its launch with numerous models now sailing around Australian, New Zealand and Asian waters.
Fountaine Pajot also impressed at the rally, with a Salina 48 taking third place to solidify the shipyard’s reputation for building solid-performance offshore cruising catamarans.
The ARC has become a ‘must-do’ event for many international cruisers and the 2015 event attracted more than 200 vessels and 1200 participants.
