At the suggestion of a few of their members, the Women's International Match Racing Association has added a crew database to their website. This feature will allow skippers looking for a crew for an event to post a “crew wanted ad” and sailors available to crew in an event to post a “crew available ad”.
To access this feature, you must sign into the WIMRA website (www.wimra.org) and then click the “Manage My Information” tab on the top right. You will then see a few options including: Crew Positions Available, Crew Available for Positions, Create a 'Want to Crew' Ad, Create a 'Crew Wanted' Ad.
