The team at Performance Cruising Yachts is proud to announce that they have been appointed
the exclusive Australian and New Zealand dealer for ICE Yachts.
A premium brand, Ice Yachts is based in Salvirola, near Milan, producing outstanding custom
cruiser/racer yachts from 52 to 100 feet along with catamarans from 64 to 72 feet – all
manufactured on site.
CEO of ICE Yachts, Marco Malgara, said: “We are delighted to appoint Performance Cruising

Matt Hayes, owner and CEO of Performance Cruising Yachts said: “We have been selling
yachts in the Australian market for 20 years and we are beyond excited to add this prestigious
and unmistakably Italian yacht range to our portfolio. I experienced the brand new ICE 70RS
for myself in Italy in June, 2022, and was so impressed with the Italian styling, technical
performance and sailability.

systems and customised lighting par for the course. They are custom-made for discerning sailors
who are experienced and know what they want,” said Hayes.
The professional team at Ice Yachts will assist owners make choices to achieve the yacht of
their dreams, with every stage of construction done to perfection, starting with lamination in
composite materials, joinery and wood carpentry, on board systems, accessories, deck layout
and installation.
Another key point is that the yachts (monohulls) are designed by none other than Umberto Felci,
from Felci Yacht Design. The sleek lines are strikingly beautiful, ergonomic, and will certainly
attract attention out on the water.
The ICE 70RS is the newest yacht in the fleet, with the first yacht delivered to her owner in June 2022. The newest catamaran in the fleet, ICECAT 67 Elssa, has already won awards. The catamarans designed and built by ICE in collaboration with the design firm of Lucio Micheletti, are the largest sailing catamarans constructed in Italy. A new super high-tech 72 ft catamaran is also being planned.
The ICE Yachts 70 and 62 Targa will be on display at the Cannes Yachting Festival, to be held
from 6 to 12 September, 2022.
