Roger Hickman's blow-by-blow account of his victorious trip south in the 2014 Sydney-Hobart

Geoff Waller from www.boatson.tv sat down with Roger Hickman the IRC winner of the 2014 Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race and he described his incident filled race to win the Tattersall Trophy.

This is an important video as it tells the full race no holds barred. Broken steerage, Chinese Gybes, unlimited sail changes, stop-starts and only just a small amount of blood spilled all with extensive on-board video coverage.

Rarely do we get a blow-by-blow account from a race winner.

This is the ultimate Corinthian crew story on a 30 year old boat once owned by Bob Oatley who won the line honours trophy in the same race.
His first and last boats won the top two trophies in the same race. What a story and Roger tells it all with great humour and passion.
