Geoff Boettcher's modified Farr 400 Secret Men's Business 4.5 has been badly damaged in a trucking accident. The boat was being delivered back to South Australia after finishing third in IRC Division 2 at Hamilton Island Race Week.
No further details of the accident are known, but the boat is a write-off, destroying Boettcher's summer campaign.
