Sunsail has launched its ‘Sail by the cabin’ experience, suited for adventurers, couples or friends who want to experience cruising fun in safety.
Sailing in a flotilla of up to ten other yachts, with a private cabin for two and an experienced skipper included, the Sail By The Cabin holiday is a way to enjoy a sailing adventure in the Mediterranean without having to book a whole yacht. Sail By The Cabin charters will be available on three flotilla routes, in three destinations and a choice of three dates to start.
Sail By The Cabin is available in Greece and Croatia this year, allowing the benefits of a skippered sailing holiday with the fun and sociable nature of a flotilla.
Each yacht has a maximum of nine people onboard plus an experienced skipper. The holiday includes six nights aboard an air-conditioned, private double cabin with own head and shower; a fully equipped galley/kitchen; 6 continental breakfasts; and equipment such as snorkelling gear, kayak and stand-up paddleboard. Fees, taxes, fuel and yacht insurance are also covered in the price.
There are three seven-day holidays to choose from: Krka flotilla in Croatia aboard a Sunsail 53 at AU$3199 per double cabin; Korula flotilla in Croatia aboard a Sunsail 454 at $4172; and Lefkas flotilla in Greece aboard a Sunsail 53 at $2121.
