The new C275 has a powerful rig with large main and self-tacking jib which makes it not only fast, but also easy to sail, claim the builders. The cockpit is appointed with comfortable, ergonomically designed outboard coamings.
Designed by Gerry Douglas the Catalina 275 Sport includes a lead keel, five year hull structure warranty, a “strike zone” impact absorbing chamber, hand laid fiberglass hull, one piece fiberglass deck with infused resin and uses solid wood for the interior.
Since the C275 sport was introduced in the USA recently it has won three prizes in the US Boat of the Year awards:
