We are seeking a talented journalist and sailor for Mysailing.com.au.
You will be expected to publish a large volume of news and feature content received by the site daily.
You will work closely with a wide range of sources to produce well-crafted, high quality content.
Based at our Kirribilli office in Sydney, your objective will be to successfully increase traffic and engagement across the site and social media platforms by creating engaging content to ensure Mysailing is the primary source of news for the Australian Sailing community.
You should have formal journalism training and/or experience working in a news environment. You should thrive in a commercially driven environment, with the confidence to work directly with large numbers of sailing news sources.
In addition, you will be comfortable with the commercial aspects of the site and will liaise with sales teams and advertisers.
The ideal candidate will be a competitive sailor with wide knowledge of sailing in all its forms.
